Job Description

Effizient Immigration Inc. is an Immigration Consulting firm based in Kitchener, Canada. We are authorized by the Government of Canada and The College of Citizenship and Immigration Consultants to practice Canadian Immigration Law and help clients worldwide with their immigration needs, such as student visas, work permits, LMIA, PR applications, etc.

  • Must have a strong understanding of immigration legislation of Canada.
  • Must be well versed with VISA documentation for different VISA types under different categories.
  • Coordinate with Immigration- Canada Department (IRCC) for various client related queries.
  • Book an appointment with clients for our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC).
  • Prepare the retainer agreement for our clients and get their signature and keep a good record of each client.
  • Oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
  • Interview all clients and deal with all applications and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.
  • Must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
  • Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
  • Prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
  • Must be able to help the client to obtain Visas and other documentation required.
  • Take full responsibility for all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
Requirements
  • LLB or LLM degree preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to prepare files from scratch to submission ready
  • Prior experience with Canada immigration required
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English
  • Strong IT skills with a knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel and related software
