• 3-5 years’ experience in progressive Finance roles.
• Strong ability to work with complex data under changing deadlines.
• Experience in operations finance or consumer packaged goods is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial close and reporting for Operations.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for Operations finances.
• Support Operations managers with financial reports and insights.
• Develop annual plans for production, distribution, and vineyard budgets.
