This role involves driving end-to-end recruitment for professional and skilled trades positions across multiple plants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting with a focus on high-volume hiring and community partnerships. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred. The role offers a hybrid work environment with occasional travel across Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Demonstrated success managing professional-level and high-volume skilled hiring.
• Experience organizing and facilitating hiring events and job fairs.
• Strong sourcing expertise across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job definition and onboarding.
• Lead recruiting efforts for a diverse portfolio of roles.
• Develop and execute regional recruitment strategies.
• Drive proactive sourcing through various platforms.
