• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in systems administration, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong understanding of Linux server administration with experience managing Windows environments.
• Proven skills in virtualization platforms such as VMware and Proxmox.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain VMware, Proxmox, and Azure environments.
• Automate provisioning and deployments using Ansible.
• Oversee server hardware, NAS, and backup solutions.
