Qualifications

• 1-2 years related experience in enterprise technical support.
• Certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain desktop hardware and software.
• Provide technical support for local and remote users.
• Resolve incident requests and application-related issues.
• Troubleshoot printers and peripherals.
• Manage company technology assets.
• Support remote Corporate IT departments.

Skills

Support-level knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating Systems

Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Subnetting, Routing)

In-depth knowledge of PC hardware and software

Experience with desktop management & imaging technologies

Good verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical skills

Interpersonal skills for teamwork

Ability to adapt to change

Willingness to learn new skills

Education

Post-Secondary education (College Diploma or University Degree)
