Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics or business or 5 years equivalent experience in a related industry.
• Experience with SAP and customer service portals.

Responsibilities

• Handle and process large volumes of data efficiently, ensuring accuracy for all digital/portal customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and exhibit a strong interest in customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable to ensure invoices are current.
• Communicate with internal CSSR/DOT members on portal processes.
• Monitor overdue invoices and expedite payment.
• Maintain thorough records of invoicing activities.
