Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience managing a private label portfolio, sourcing, or supply chain.
• Experience in HVACR or adjacent manufacturing categories is preferred.
• Proficiency in cost modeling and procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sourcing for HVACR products.
• Enhance and apply the private label playbook.
• Manage RFI and RFQ processes while analyzing costs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.
• Build a team for a successful private label portfolio.
