Romaniuk is seeking energetic, motivated, and career-minded HVAC Lead Installers & Service Technicians responsible for onsite installation and service of HVAC systems and equipment.

What will you do :

As a Romaniuk HVAC Technician, become a master of your trade and always provide excellent customer service by advising on suitable services or treatments.

• Ensure HVAC equipment meets or exceeds the Technical Standards & Safety Authority’s codes and municipal standards.
• Follow all Energy Star installation and service procedures.
• Educate customers on proper care and maintenance, and promote HVAC options.
• Complete HVAC equipment inspections.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked vehicle.
• Explain the benefits of high-efficiency equipment to customers.
• Promote products and services on every call.
• Never sell unnecessary repairs.
• Provide a five-star customer experience, making it right if needed before leaving.
• Request online reviews from satisfied customers.

Education / Experience / Skills

• Minimum of 3 years recent HVAC installation or service experience, including furnaces, air conditioners, gas boilers, and water heaters.
• Strong technical and customer service skills, with a track record of meeting company metrics.
• Gas Technician license required.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders.
• Responsible, accountable, positive attitude, focused on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work efficiently within a team to complete HVAC installations and commissioning.
