Coulson Aviation operates with a fleet of large aerial firefighting aircraft consisting of both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft. With our fleet, we can run rapid aerial fire suppression, including initial attack and extended attack protocols.

Coulson Aviation is a part of the Coulson Group of companies. We are a growing organization that has been in business for 65 years.

Due to our company growth and expanding footprint, we are looking to add to our team and hire a HVAC Technician.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician with expertise in the installation, repair, and maintenance of heat pumps and air handling units. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both roughing-in and finishing HVAC systems, ensuring the complete installation of HVAC components for new construction projects. Additionally, the role requires proficiency in maintaining and servicing existing HVAC systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Remove and install HVAC systems focused on air quality and environmental standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and documentation requirements.
  • Assist with take-offs and supply quantities.
  • Maintain and repair HVAC equipment components to optimize system performance.
  • Review historical repair records to develop effective inspection and maintenance schedules.
  • Inspect HVAC systems regularly to ensure efficiency and adherence to eco-friendly guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with other trades and team members.
  • Perform daily site clean-up.
  • Complete any additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid driver’s license is required.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Red Seal journeyman certification is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous tasks.
  • Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
  • Experience with new construction and repair work is preferred.

BENEFITS:

  • $35-45/hour, depending on experience.
