Role

We are looking for HVAC apprentices to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with our experienced journeyman technicians to support the installation of furnaces, air conditioners, and water heaters, as well as assist with service and repair work. We're looking for apprentices who are already gaining experience in the trade and are committed to building a long-term career in the HVAC and plumbing industry. At Arrow, you'll be part of a team that values craftsmanship, safety, and delivering quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of HVAC and plumbing equipment including furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters and more
• Support journeyman technicians on residential and light commercial service calls
• Provide high-quality customer service by communicating effectively with clients, offering solutions and explaining repair options
• Complete work orders, job details and required documentation using a company-provided device
• Adhere to safety protocols and company standards for quality and service excellence
