A leading mining company is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee heavy equipment maintenance at their site. The ideal candidate will have experience in a leadership role, demonstrate strong safety management skills, and have technical knowledge of mining technologies. A proactive approach to compliance and the ability to foster a strong safety culture are essential. Work Location:Christmas Creek - Fortescue’s Christmas Creek mine is located on the traditional lands of the Palyku and Nyiyaparli peoples.
Roster:7D7N14R FIFO ex Perth, Busselton, Broome, Karratha, Port Hedland, Fitzroy Crossing and Kununurra.
Reporting to the Superintendent Mobile Maintenance, the Supervisor role will oversee Heavy equipment maintenance related activities on our Electrical Fleet (BE forklifts, 9400E Liebherr Diggers, 930E haul trucks and other SME). The Supervisor will ensure all Fortescue contractor and subcontractor maintenance personnel are compliant to Fortescue HSE procedures and ensure all mobile equipment is maintained as per OEM recommendations.
