Human Resources Manager
We are looking for a Human Resources Professional that will lead our HR team.
Responsibilities
- Implement HR processes utilizing the systems available to maximize Effectiveness and Efficiency
- Coach and Train site management regarding HR Processes and provide HR support in Non-Union and Unionized environments and advise site management on HR issues, discipline, and other HR Processes
- Streamline Recruitment Practices while being ‘Hands-on’ with the Hiring Process
- Support management in addressing and resolving personnel issues
- Develop and Oversee an effective WCB Claim Management Process
- Adherence to the Collective Agreements for 3 separate agreements
- Administration of the established Health and Safety Program and Corresponding Documentation
Requirements
- Experience in an HR role including Recruitment, WCB Management, Workforce Relations, and Performance Management
- Process driven with ability to develop Systems to Ensure Consistency and Efficiency
- Self-motivated with Strong Organizational skills, ability to Multi-task and Work Effectively in a Constantly Changing Environment
- Proven Conflict Resolution and Negotiation Skills
- Ability to Prioritize and work under Pressure to meet Deadlines
- Ability to work Independently
- Strong Technology skills, with the ability to understand and implement an HR Program to Streamline Processes
- Experience working with Unions and Collective agreements an asset
- Relevant post-secondary education and CHRP designation an asset

- $75K-95K annually

- Monday – Friday: 37.5 hour work week, with occasional after hour events
