A North American construction company is seeking a HS&E Training Specialist to lead the design and implementation of health, safety, and environmental training programs. The ideal candidate will manage training compliance and deliver tailored training sessions while collaborating with leadership across departments. Applicants should have substantial experience in training development, a relevant degree, and strong communication skills. The role requires some travel to facilitate training delivery.
The HS&E Training Specialist plays a key role in advancing Ledcor’s commitment to health, safety, and environmental excellence. Using your specialist knowledge, you will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive training programs that ensure compliance with HS&E requirements across the organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with leadership across our Operating Groups to identify training needs, strengthen the HS&E Management System, and deliver consistent, tailored training solutions that enhance performance, reduce risk, and foster a culture of safety and compliance. This position is based out of our Vancouver office supporting our corporate division. $92,400 - $127,050
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
