Qualifications

  • Two to three years of administrative experience in Human Resources.
  • Previous experience with a HRIS is desired.
  • Working towards a CHRP designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR team in staffing, recruitment, training, and employee relations.
  • Process and verify documentation relating to personnel activities.
  • Conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
  • Prepare orientation packages for new hires and conduct orientation.
