What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Respond to and resolve escalated learner inquiries through ServiceNow within defined service level agreements
  • Participate in end‑to‑end issue management processes involving multiple stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on trends in learning and training escalations
  • Analyze escalation trends and contribute to recommendations for remediation and improvement
  • Act as a subject matter expert in LMS and online learning solutions to support learners and L&D partners
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a training or learning environment with strong LMS knowledge
  • Excellent research and investigative skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a learner‑focused mindset
  • Excellent business writing, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Knowledge of LMS platforms and basic SharePoint
