This is a permanent, full‑time salaried position where you'll be instrumental in keeping our property looking its best, ensuring that both guests and associates experience the highest standards of cleanliness and style.

If you thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and have a knack for managing teams with enthusiasm and precision—this is your opportunity to shine.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE JOB

As our Style Supervisor, you’re not just overseeing the cleanliness of our hotel—you’re creating an environment that feels welcoming, polished, and perfectly maintained at all times. You’ll work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces meet our luxury standards.

Whether you’re inspecting rooms, leading training sessions, or resolving guest concerns, you’ll be guiding your team to success and making sure that the hotel stays in top shape, every day.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
  • Lead with Precision – Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure rooms, corridors, and public spaces are cleaned to our exacting standards. Inspect and address any areas that need attention.
  • Team Leadership – Inspire and manage the housekeeping team, ensuring all associates are properly trained, motivated, and equipped to deliver the highest level of cleanliness and style.
  • Collaborate Across Departments – Work with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and uphold hotel standards.
  • Reporting & Training – Ensure all housekeeping reports are completed accurately and on time. Lead training sessions to maintain high standards, with follow‑ups as necessary.
  • Maintain SOPs & Quality – Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are current, followed consistently, and contribute to best practices across the department.
  • Problem Solver – Respond quickly to guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and ensure all guest problems are addressed with professionalism.
  • Stay Ahead of the Game – Monitor key areas such as inventory, purchasing, and staff performance, ensuring operational goals are met and costs are controlled effectively.
  • Health & Safety – Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in all areas under your control, ensuring the safety and comfort of both guests and associates.
WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE
  • A Culture of Excellence – You’re not just joining a team; you’re becoming part of a group of dedicated professionals committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences every day.
  • Growth & Development – We invest in our people. Through our in‑house management training program, you'll grow as a leader while learning from some of the best in the industry.
  • Award‑Winning Team – Join a team that takes pride in being recognized for its excellence, where every day offers new challenges and rewards.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

At our hotel, we believe in taking care of our team members just as much as we take care of our guests. That's why we offer a fun and exciting range of benefits that are sure to keep you happy, healthy, and well‑fed.

We offer more than just a paycheck; we provide a fantastic benefit plan that includes extensive medical, dental, and life insurance coverage. Plus, our travel program opens a world of discounted rates for Marriott hotels across the globe for you and your friends & family. You will also receive loyalty days and bonuses up to 10% of your salary!

But we don't just feed your wanderlust — we also feed your appetite. Our talented chefs cook up delicious meals for our staff every day at no charge to you! You can chow down on some amazing food before you get back to your kitchen.

But that's not all! Enjoy free parking or get reimbursed for your 747 Bus Pass. You can also say goodbye to waiting for payday with our on‑demand pay system.
