Qualifications

• Be familiar with the WebrezPro property management software.
• Must hold strict confidentiality.
• Work independently and possess good time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices to Expedia OTA and Agoda for hotel properties.
• Check daily for cash, gift certificates and funds transfers.
• Ensure daily trial balances are loaded into Quickbooks Online.

Skills

Familiarity with WebrezPro

Knowledge of credit card processing systems (Shift4 and Moneris)

Working knowledge of Microsoft programs

Good verbal and written communication skills
