Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Painting and machinery experience is an asset.
• Valid WHMIS certificate is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel room repairs and facilities.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Repair and maintain heating/ventilation systems.
• Perform general plumbing tasks.
• Assist with renovations and upgrades.
• Maintain kitchen, laundry, pool and fitness areas.
• Communicate with other hotel departments.
• Ensure upkeep of common areas.
• Perform scheduled routine maintenance.
• Respond to guest and staff requests.
• Use tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as requested.
