Duties

• Secure all entrances, exits and common areas of the establishment
• Greet guests upon arrival and check IDs
• Ensure safety and wellbeing of patrons and employees
• Diffuse any guest situations/altercations, should they arise, using non-aggressive tactics and calling 911 when necessary
• Maintain a professional appearance, in accordance with the Company's dress code
• Complete incident reports as required
• Remain alert and vigilant while on duty
