The Elite Job is looking for a detail-oriented Home-Based Data Entry Professional to join our remote team in Canada. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, reliable, and able to manage large volumes of information accurately. As part of our data operations team, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity, accessibility, and quality of our digital records. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to work from home while contributing to essential business processes that support the companys daily operations.
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal databases and systems.
Review incoming data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
Perform regular data verification and quality checks.
Organize, categorize, and store digital documents following company procedures.
Manage large volumes of information while meeting productivity and accuracy targets.
Communicate with internal departments when clarification or verification is needed.
Generate simple reports and summaries based on collected data.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy (minimum 40–50 wpm recommended).
Excellent command of written English.
Proficiency in using basic computer applications including MS Office, Google Workspace, and online data platforms.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable home internet connection and a personal computer or laptop.
Prior experience in data entry, administration, or clerical work is preferred but not required.
Training will be provided for motivated candidates who demonstrate strong organizational and computer skills.
