Your Role

As a High-Profile Security Guard, you’ll represent GardaWorld at a variety of client sites — from retail to corporate — maintaining a secure, professional, and welcoming environment wherever you’re assigned.

You will:

Deliver professional customer service with a calm, courteous, and solution-focused approach.

Engage proactively with clients, tenants, and the public to foster a safe, respectful environment.

Monitor premises and patrol assigned areas to deter risks and ensure compliance with site procedures.

Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies and handle situations with professionalism and composure.

De-escalate conflicts effectively, using communication and judgment to diffuse tension.

Use security technology (computers, phones, CCTV, and reporting tools) to document and manage daily activity.

Collaborate closely with on‑site teams, clients, and law enforcement when necessary.

Every day, you’ll combine professionalism, vigilance, and empathy — making a real impact on safety trust.

What You Bring

Minimum 1 year of experience, ideally in a commercial or retail security setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — both verbal and written.

Strong customer service and de‑escalation abilities.

Proficiency with computers, phones, and electronic reporting tools.

Professional appearance and attitude — reliable, respectful, and dependable.

Full‑time availability with 24/7 scheduling flexibility (days, nights, weekends, holidays).

Valid Ontario G driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (preferred but not mandatory)
