Overview

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with Morgan where you’ll play a pivotal role in the dynamic world of heavy civil construction? Our team is made up of experts in their fields, we move the earth - and we love it! We are currently recruiting multiple positions for our current projects located in Northern Ontario.

• Excavator Operators (75 to 95 ton) Mass / Rock - $35 - $45 per hour
• Excavator Finishing Operators (GPS - 50 ton) - $35 - $45 per hour
• Dozer Finishing Operators (50 ton) - $35 - $45 per hour
• Grader Finishing Operators - $35 - $45 per hour
• Packer Operators - $27 - 33 per hour
• Rigid Frame Haul Truck Drivers - $31 - $37 per hour
• Articulated dump truck Drivers - $28 - $34 per hour
• Fuel / Lube Technicians - $35 - $45 per hour
• Skilled Construction Labourers - $26 - $32 per hour
• Surveyors (Trimble) - $35 - $45 per hour

Starting wages will be dependent on experience.

Rotation: 20 / 10 – 10 day shifts, 10 night shifts, and 10 days off including travel days

Shift: 12 hours / day

Overtime: 1.5x Base Wage paid after 44 hours per week

Logistics: Flights and Accommodations provided

Qualifications

General Requirements & Qualifications :

All Equipment Operators are required to have 5 years experience working in hard rock or mining project environments.

All workers are required to hold a valid driver's licence

All workers are required to have Standard Intermediate First Aid CPR C & AED

Additional Criteria :

• Alcohol, Drug and Fitness to Work testing is a pre-employment requirement
• Able to repetitively and safely lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to work up to 12 hours a day.
• Must be able to work day or night shifts.
• Worker to provide your own steel toed 6" lace up boots (CSA Approved)
