Job description

Established heavy construction company is seeking heavy equipment operators for immediate work. Upon proving your dedication to your position and value to the company, there will be opportunities for full-time employment on other short & long-term projects.

Mandatory qualities for applicants:

• Must have a desire to show up for work consistently
• Punctual, committed to being on time for every shift
• Have experience operating heavy equipment; will consider less experienced operators
• Can safely and skillfully operate up to a 300-sized hydraulic excavator OR articulating off-road dump truck
• Can follow instructions and work well with others, displaying a “team player” attitude
• Willing to work night shifts, as required

Ideal candidates:

• Have 1-5 years of safe operating experience on various equipment (excavator, dozer, rock-truck, roller)
• Have reliable transportation to various site locations
