The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for theoperations of the branch and will ensure complianceof all branch related activities and functions in line with organizationalprotocols and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving complex customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally, ensure the smooth delivery ofJNMS Canada services.
  • Process transactions accurately on behalf of customers.
  • Cross sell products of JNMS Canada
  • Assist and support branch and regional marketinginitiatives.
  • Perform administrative duties to include preparation of branch reports,OTC reports and daily lodgments.
  • Control and manage assigned cash by following established security procedures and ensuring that the assigned cash till is balanced daily and any differences located/reported within established deadlines.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in all JNMSCanada transactions.
