Their platform connects personal data to AI models trained by world-class experts in wellness, performance, and growth, creating an always-on, trusted advisor that helps people make better decisions every day.

You will:

You ensure the company operates efficiently so we can execute on the mission of bringing Personal Intelligence to millions. You work directly with the CEO and CTO. You’re in every important conversation.

  • Legal and compliance: Contracts, NDAs, employment agreements, IP protection, regulatory compliance
  • Corporate operations: Lease agreements, vendor relationships, insurance, corporate governance
  • Financial operations: P&L, budgets, runway planning, accounting, invoicing
  • Systems and tools: CRM, project management, collaboration tools, process automation
  • People operations: Hiring workflows, onboarding, benefits, team efficiency
  • Partnerships and business development: Deal flow, LOIs, commercial agreements
  • Strategic planning: OKRs, roadmaps, quarterly planning, milestone tracking
Must Have Skills:
  • You have successfully navigated the early-stage chaos (Seed to Series A), having either founded a venture, led operations as an early hire, or managed a portfolio of early-stage companies.
  • You have owned the fundraising process from the inside—building the financial models that secured investment, managing the data room, and handling due diligence inquiries.
  • You demonstrate true financial fluency with a history of managing budgets, forecasting cash flows, and optimizing burn rates in resource-constrained environments.
  • Proven experience translating abstract founder visions into tactical roadmaps (OKRs/KPIs) and delivering on them without an existing playbook.
  • Experience in Venture Capital, Venture Building, Corporate Finance, or a top-tier MBA program combined with operational roles.
