They streamline every step of meal planning from menus and compliance to ordering and preparation; their robotic foodservice system automates the most repetitive and time-consuming kitchen tasks. Chef Jasper empowers care teams to focus on what really matters: delivering great food and meaningful care.

Backed by top-tier investors and growing fast we re looking for a Head of Business Development to drive new business and bring their category-defining solution to care homes.

Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the CEO and VP of Expansion
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic targeting
  • Own discovery demos, trials, proposals and contract negotiations
  • Provide feedback from the field to help shape product roadmap and GTM strategy
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of LTC and senior living operators
  • Articulate the full value of Chef Jasper’s turnkey solution: robotics, software, staffing and compliance
  • Provide regular pipeline updates, forecasts and customer insight
  • educate the market about a game-changing robotics-powered solution (included in the overview)
Requirements

You’re a natural connector and a strategic seller who thrives in early-stage, mission-driven environments. You have experience selling into long-term care or healthcare and understand the nuances of regulated environments and operational priorities. You’re excited by disruptive technology, especially when it has a real-world, people-first impact.

  • 3 years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience, ideally in early-stage SaaS, foodservice or tech-enabled industries
  • Strong lead generation and prospecting skills
  • Proven ability to close large, consultative deals
  • Familiarity with long sales cycles and complex buying groups
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Highly motivated entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter energy
  • Based in Ontario or Montreal (or open to regular travel to Montreal for immersion)

Bonus points if you have :

  • Experience selling into long-term care, senior living or healthcare environments
  • Sold to care home operators, administrators or foodservice providers (e.g., Compass Group, Aramark)
  • Experience with robotics, automation or physical infrastructure
