• 8+ years of hands-on experience building IR/NLP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Applied Scientists and Research Engineers.
• Translate AI research into scalable solutions.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define the AI roadmap.
