Are you passionate about athlete development and building high-performance volleyball programs that inspire the next generation? The Richmond Olympic Oval is seeking a dynamic and experienced Volleyball Head Coach to lead our Oval High Performance (OvalHP) Volleyball Pathway. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee programming from grassroots to elite levels—including the Volleyball Canada Regional Excellence Program (REP)—ensuring alignment with national standards and long-term athlete development principles. With over 15 years of history in advancing volleyball talent, including supporting the Canadian Women’s National Team, the Oval offers a unique opportunity to coach, mentor, and shape the future of Canadian volleyball.
Education and Experience:
$60,319 – $75,761 (dependent on experience and qualifications).
