Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including cooks and food service personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of performance
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality, consistency, and presentation of dishes
  • Develop and update menus in collaboration with management, incorporating current culinary trends and customer preferences
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety and handling regulations to maintain a safe working environment
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to optimize kitchen operations
  • Train new staff members on food preparation techniques, safety procedures, and service standards

Experience & Qualifications
