Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook / Server to join our team in a vibrant Golf Club environment. This dual role requires a passion for food and customer service, as you will be responsible for both meal preparation and serving guests. This role is a perfect entry level position and gateway into more opportunities within the Food and Beverage Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in the customer service industry, demonstrating strong skills in food handling, safety, and preparation.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare high-quality meals according to the restaurant\'s menu and standards.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Assist in the kitchen with meal preparation, including chopping, cooking, and plating dishes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring an excellent dining experience.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently while providing recommendations when needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of meals served.
  • Help manage inventory by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
