Job summary

A major Canadian mountain resort in Ontario is seeking a Guest Services Representative for the holiday season. The role entails greeting guests, managing ticket sales, and providing exceptional customer service. Successful candidates will exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, be comfortable with technology, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a seasonal position from December 19, 2025, to March 22, 2026, with an hourly rate of $18.71.

Hourly rate: $18.71

Holiday Helper shifts – full‑time shifts over the Holidays (Dec. 20-Jan. 4) and March Break.

Seasonal – December 19, 2025 to March 22, 2026.

Shift times – anywhere from 8:15 am to 9:00 pm; weekend and holiday work required.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

The Guest Services Representative will work throughout the Holidays and March Break, and will display the enthusiasm and energy that Blue Mountain Resorts prides itself on. This position will be responsible for greeting our guests, redeeming, and selling tickets, passes and lessons as well as providing in‑depth information on the services and products that we offer. These team members will be friendly, proactive and be able to operate ticketing software proficiently. The position is primarily indoors, helping guests with any questions or concerns and aiding in making memorable and personalized moments.

  • Handling sales transactions for season passes, tickets, lessons, and attractions; Be confident with managing guest expectations and aware of what solutions are available to ensure satisfactory service recovery.
  • Offering products and services best suited to what they’re looking for. Have complete knowledge of all snow school and kids’ camp lessons and products, and the ability to explain and communicate what product would work best for each guest, book lessons accordingly.
  • Promoting, encouraging, and administering season pass sales, processing, printing, mailing, pick‑up and all related logistics and policies (waivers, lost and forgotten passes, etc.).
  • Lost and Found: Assisting guests with lost/found/stolen inquiries, in person, on the phone or via the L&F email, utilizing the Property Database for tracking.
  • Supporting our guests in navigating our virtual communication platforms.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Extensive computer experience and technical skill required. Comfortable working on computers and learning new software programs.
