A local resort company in Sioux Narrows is seeking a Guest Service Representative. In this role, you will assist with guest check-ins, manage luggage transportation, and promote resort services. A focus on customer service and willingness to work flexible hours including holidays is essential. Accommodation is available for a bi-weekly fee, including meals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments for transportation of guest to checking counter
• Load and unload guests luggage from boats and prepare for check in
• Obtain guest preferences for lunch and dietary issues to provide to servers
• Answer enquiries regarding hotel services and pre registration in person, provide information about services available at the resort and respond to guests' complaints
• Check daily record of guest arrivals to prepare for quantity of people to receive at the resort for first class experience
• Transport guests as required with golf cart to ensure people with disabilities or constraints are able to get to the check in without issues
• Other duties that apply

Job Requirements

• Previous experience at a resort is an asset
• Comfortable answering questions from guests and promoting experiences at the resort
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Work well independently and part of a team
• Amazing customer service ability
• Strong retention of information is an asset to remember guest preferences
• Willing to work all days of the week including holidays
• Able to start work early and work late if required
• Excellent hygiene and presentable is required on shift
