Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of commercial property assets on behalf of a diverse client base.
  • Conduct property inspections and assessments, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Support in preparing and reviewing property & asset management strategies to enhance property value.
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and landlords, providing day-to-day management of assets.
  • Assist in lease negotiations, rent reviews, and tenant management.
  • Analyse market trends and provide reports to support decision-making.
  • Assist in the preparation of service charge budgets and property-related financial reporting.
  • Work closely with senior surveyors and senior members of the team on larger projects.
