Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and administer the property’s business and organizational plan.
• Hire, develop and supervise key employees and ensure their necessary certifications.
• Ensure compliance with all municipal, provincial, and federal laws.
• Oversee the maintenance of the property’s physical assets.
