Global Programs Marketing Specialist II
6 months contract
100% remote (Toronto Locals preferred)
Responsibilities
- Support project management efforts for Global Webinars and Roadshows by coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, milestones, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule
- Assist with webinar and roadshow event activation across our marketing channels; paid, organic email, sales outreach, and social
- Global webinar execution using the On24 webinar platform and maintenance of our webinar hub (platform training provided)
- Manage the distribution and upload of leads into Salesforce generated by different marketing tactics and channels to ensure appropriate follow up and validation
- Help with building and maintaining our global field standardization program guide
Technology Skills
- Marketing automation, webinar & CRM platforms (knowledge of Marketo, On24 and Salesforce preferred)
- Data management tools (Tableau, 6sense experience highly desirable)
- Proficiency with Excel
Qualifications Preferred
- 2 years of marketing experience
- Bachelors Degree; Marketing preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience to orchestrate and manage a program that consists of multiple projects delivering on time and on budget
- History of working with Regional / Field Marketing teams a plus
- Comfortable communicating at all levels of stakeholders and groups
