A leading marketing firm is seeking a Global Programs Marketing Specialist II to support project management efforts for webinars and roadshows. This fully remote role (Toronto locals preferred) requires 2 years of marketing experience and proficiency in marketing automation tools like Salesforce and On24. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating multiple projects and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Help build and maintain global program guide.

Overview

Global Programs Marketing Specialist II

6 months contract

100% remote (Toronto Locals preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Support project management efforts for Global Webinars and Roadshows by coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, milestones, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule
  • Assist with webinar and roadshow event activation across our marketing channels; paid, organic email, sales outreach, and social
  • Global webinar execution using the On24 webinar platform and maintenance of our webinar hub (platform training provided)
  • Manage the distribution and upload of leads into Salesforce generated by different marketing tactics and channels to ensure appropriate follow up and validation
  • Help with building and maintaining our global field standardization program guide
Technology Skills
  • Marketing automation, webinar & CRM platforms (knowledge of Marketo, On24 and Salesforce preferred)
  • Data management tools (Tableau, 6sense experience highly desirable)
  • Proficiency with Excel
Qualifications Preferred
  • 2 years of marketing experience
  • Bachelors Degree; Marketing preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience to orchestrate and manage a program that consists of multiple projects delivering on time and on budget
  • History of working with Regional / Field Marketing teams a plus
  • Comfortable communicating at all levels of stakeholders and groups
