Job Description

We’ve established a brand-new Global Process Excellence team, and we are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Global Process Excellence Lead for planning, customer service and logistics & inventory to join our efforts. In this role, you will be a key player in driving global optimization initiatives across our organization and defining processes that will lay the foundation for process excellence governance.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Global Process Excellence Lead with deep expertise in process optimization and digital transformation. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role that spans multiple global functions, primarily across Europe and North America. You will work closely with regional PEX teams, IT, and other key stakeholders to drive changes, streamline processes, and leverage digital solutions to work smarter and more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with regional PEX teams and key stakeholders to document existing administrative business processes, brainstorm on new ideas, identify opportunities for process improvements, and support the business in optimizing workflows.
  • Lead process workshops for redesign initiatives, ensuring that global business processes are efficient, while allowing for necessary local exceptions.
  • Drive continuous improvement, aligning process changes with business strategy in collaboration with the PEX Steering Committee.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency, identifying deficiencies, and providing recommendations to the PEX Steering Committee.
  • Partner with functional managers to implement change management strategies and cultivate a process excellence mindset throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with IT business partners to develop and implement digital solutions and participate in relevant change board meetings.
  • Develop and maintain process excellence standards within the governance framework.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends in process excellence, digitalization, and governance practices.
Your Role

Your work will directly contribute to shaping the future way of working in our key business processes globally.

You will be part of a virtual international team working across Europe and North America, reporting directly to the Head of Global Process Excellence at our Danish HQ, who reports to the Director of Digitalization and IT.

Key Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in global process optimization, with a strong background in Planning, Customer Service and Logistics & Inventory, identifying, documenting, and improving business processes.
  • Extensive experience in facilitating process workshops and working with a structured process management framework in an international environment.
  • Proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Comfortable working in a global setting with diverse cultures and varying interests.
  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement).
  • Lean certification (Green Belt or higher) is a plus.
  • A good understanding of ERP systems, AI and automation solutions is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Location Requirements

This position requires on‑site presence at our Brantford, ON office, so candidates must reside in Canada and be located near Brantford.
