A leading recreational vehicle company in Sherbrooke is seeking a Packaging Project Lead to manage and develop their packaging strategy. This role involves collaboration with multiple departments and requires 5+ years in packaging project management, as well as proficiency in English and French. We have an exciting new role as a Packaging Project Lead for our Global Parts, Accessories, and Apparel team. You’ll be at the forefront of building this new function and help shape the future of our packaging strategy. Your role is integral to our operations, and we value your potential to make a significant impact.
You will successfully balance the speed of delivery with executional excellence to ensure the team has clear priorities and remains focused on the overall business objectives. In your key responsibilities, you will supervise the new product development process to identify upcoming work, implement packaging processes and tracking methods, and participate in the deployment of the next wave of software required to achieve your objectives. In the first year of your mandate, you will be responsible for leading our new packaging strategy and deploying the foundations for years to come.
