Notre équipe joue un rôle essentiel pour garantir que la main-d'œuvre répond aux besoins de production tout en favorisant une culture d'innovation et d'inclusion.

En tant que Responsable de l'acquisition des talents à Mount Royal, au Québec, vous dirigerez des programmes de recrutement stratégiques, gérerez notre fournisseur RPO pour le recrutement horaire / à haut volume et dirigerez les activités de recrutement de niveau salarié en partenariat avec l'équipe de direction de la fabrication et le partenaire des ressources humaines. Ce rôle est essentiel pour impulser l'excellence opérationnelle, améliorer l'expérience des candidats et contribuer à des analyses et des stratégies de recrutement efficaces pour les fonctions opérationnelles et de chaîne d'approvisionnement de Mount Royal.

  • Develop and execute large-scale recruitment campaigns to attract top talent in the manufacturing industry
  • Design, implement, and manage programs to improve blue-collar talent acquisition, including candidate pipelines, workforce planning, and community partnerships
  • Own recruitment of salaried positions, including activities from job posting to candidate screening, interviews, and offers
  • Lead a team of RPO resources responsible for recruitment of hourly positions, including activities from job posting to candidate screening, interviews, and offers
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, measure success, and continuously optimize processes
  • Collaborate with plant leadership and HR teams to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruiting solutions
  • Leverage technology and data to enhance recruitment efficiencies and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience

  • Education & Experience: Ideally 5 years of direct talent acquisition experience working in a CPG, manufacturing environment with a focus on program management and data analysis
  • Food & beverage industry preferred, but open to other sectors
  • Program Ownership: Demonstrated ability to create and execute large-scale recruiting programs, delivering measurable outcomes
  • Data Analytics Expertise: Proficiency in creating dashboards, reports, and using analytics tools to drive recruitment strategies
  • Process Improvement: Experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to optimize talent acquisition workflows
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ATS / CRM tools (e.g., Workday), data visualization platforms, and advanced Excel; familiarity with recruiting technologies is a plus
  • Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of Canada and Quebec province employment laws & regulations
  • English proficiency preferred for effective communication with partners outside Quebec

Our team plays a vital role in ensuring the workforce meets production demands while fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion.

As the Talent Acquisition Manager in Mount Royal, Quebec, you will lead strategic recruitment programs, manage our RPO vendor for hourly / high volume recruitment, and lead salaried level recruitment activities in partnership with the manufacturing leadership team and HR business partner. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, enhancing candidate experience, and contributing to impactful recruiting analytics and strategies for the Mount Royal operations and supply chain functions.
