• Understanding of the Health Disciplines Act and related legislation.
• Registration and membership in good standing with provincial registry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Registered Practical Nurses and Personal Support Workers.
• Coordinate nursing and other services for residents.
• Lead shift report and inform team on resident status.
• Document significant changes in residents' condition.
