Job summary

A consulting firm in London, ON is seeking a Geo-Environmental Engineer/Scientist to contribute to various commercial and infrastructure projects in the geotechnical and environmental testing field. Responsibilities include project coordination, monitoring drilling and sampling activities, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring compliance with environmental standards. Ideal candidates will have an engineering degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience. The salary range for this position is between $55K - $65K, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Registered as a P.Eng. or P. Geo. is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Excess Soils Management (O. Reg. 406/19) is a must.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the conception and development of various commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects.
• Monitor geotechnical drilling and soil sampling activities.
• Prepare geotechnical reports and collect samples for environmental testing.
