Thanks to our outgoing GM’s success and well-earned internal promotion, we’re looking for a dynamic, performance-driven General Manager to continue building on this momentum and lead a team of ~75 crew and managers in delivering the experience our guests deserve.

The Role

As the General Manager of our Acton location, you will be the cornerstone of our team and operations. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing your team of managers and crew to deliver world-class guest experiences;
  • Upholding McDonald’s brand standards, including food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence;
  • Achieving sales and guest count targets through local store marketing and community engagement;
  • Being a visible, hands-on leader who fosters a positive workplace culture; and
  • Representing Five Kites Hospitality values in everything you do.
