Wanted: General Maintenance Worker for Building Maintenance/Renovations.
We are a busy renovation and maintenance company looking for reliable, hard-working, and devoted handyman.

You will be responsible for general renovation and maintenance duties, such as:

• Door slab installation.
• Ceramic tile installation.
• Finish plumbing.
• Kitchen and countertop installation
• Framing
• Light maintenance work. (shelving, toilet paper holder install, medicine cabinets etc.)

This is full-time position (not for general contractors)

Salary based on experience and will be fair and negotiable. $25-$35/hr

A successful candidate requires:

• A set of their tools.
• 2-3 years of experience
• Their own vehicle.
• An ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
