A family-owned company in Barrie, Ontario is seeking an Accountant to ensure the accuracy of financial records, engage with operations, and contribute to financial reporting. This hybrid role offers a salary of CAD 70,000 to CAD 75,000 based on experience. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Accounting, strong Excel skills, and 2-3 years of relevant experience.

We’re seeking an Accountant to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both desk work and being connected to operations on the ground.
You’ll work closely with our accounting team and operations staff to input, verify, and analyze detailed financial data. Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, your work will contribute to monthly HST filings, Stats Canada reporting, and more. This is a hybrid role based in our Barrie or Owen Sound office, with weekly travel to Barrie, Hanover, and Owen Sound.
Salary range: $70,000 and $75,000, based on qualifications and experience.
