Are you a new graduate looking for an exciting career opportunity with Siemens? Our unique 5-Month New Graduate Training program prepares you for future leadership roles in the company. The Siemens Certified Education & Talent Academy (SCETA) program combines theory and practice geared towards technical and professional new grads. It offers a wide array of technical, interpersonal, and business acumen training and places them in roles within various industry units within Siemens Canada.
The SCETA program starts with a 3-week paid orientation, and new grads complete a 5-month term beginning in May 2026. Once their SCETA terms are complete, proficient students may be hired full-time with Siemens.
As a GenAI Enablement and Adoption Specialist, you’ll play a key role in advancing Siemens’ use of generative AI by exploring relevant technologies, educating colleagues through workshops and training, and collaborating across departments to identify and implement innovative AI solutions. You’ll also contribute to thought leadership by creating content and supporting the company’s overall GenAI strategy and adoption initiatives.
