Gas Station Supervisor

Employer: BB VARIETY

Location: Simcoe, ON N3Y 1V1

Salary: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour (negotiable), 35–40 hours per week.

Schedule: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, On call.

Employment Type: Permanent, Full time.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Authorize payments by cheque
  • Order merchandise
  • Authorize return of merchandise
  • Establish work schedules
  • Sell merchandise
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise and co‑ordinate activities of workers
  • Manage cash
Qualifications

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in retail store or related area.

Other Requirements: Bondable, own transportation, able to handle heavy loads, work in fast‑paced environment.
