Responsibilities

• Actively participate in discussions and provide support for the design and developments of systems for SLG mobile games (simulation & strategy Game) alongside with Senior Monetary/Economy Game Designer.
• Assist Senior Monetary/Economy Game Designer with building numerical models and formulating designs based on game system rules.
• Assist Senior Monetary/Economy Game Designer with allocating numerical proportions, developing data structures, and maintaining relevant forms.
• Assist Senior Monetary/Economy Game Designer with adjusting numerical balance in the game, including combat/fight balance, economic systems, and character growth.
• Assist Senior Monetary/Economy Game Designer with managing key in-game data, pricing in the store, development rhythm, and resource output and consumption.
• Other tasks assigned related to game development by the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of game development experience.
• Gamer with sharp player insights.
• Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Data science, Business Analytics or Computer Science preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel functions.
• Detail-oriented and strong execution skills.
• Exhibit strong analytical, communication and creative skills.
• Excellent teamwork and ability to perform well under pressure.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada without any sponsorship from the employer at this time.
• Experience with AI tools.
