The Opportunity

We're looking for a curious, motivated Software Developer who is a new grad to join our team. This role is ideal for an early‑career developer who’s eager to learn, build, and contribute to meaningful technology used in real‑world operations.

You’ll work alongside experienced developers in a collaborative, cross‑functional team and gain hands‑on experience across the full software development lifecycle from building new features to testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Collaborate with experienced developers and product experts to build software solutions for the energy industry
  • Write code across the full stack from front‑end interfaces to database design
  • Create and maintain AbaData features and functionality
  • Participate in code reviews, stand‑ups, and get hands‑on mentorship from senior developers
  • Test, troubleshoot, and debug software to a high bar of performance and reliability
Who We Are Looking For
  • You are a recent graduate or will be graduating in Spring 2026 from a Computer Science or Engineering program
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JS frameworks (e.g. React, Dojo)
  • Exposure to back‑end development (e.g., C#/.NET, Node.js)
  • Experience with MS SQL Server or relational databases is an asset
  • Strong communication skills and a team‑first mindset
  • Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail
