A leading IT services provider is seeking an experienced IT professional to manage day-to-day operations for a key customer. The role requires 5-7 years of IT experience, a strong problem-solving mindset, and customer service skills. You will work on a Fly in Fly out schedule in Northern Saskatchewan, addressing IT-related issues and ensuring the best IT experience. The Managed Services team at WBM is currently supporting many of Western Canada’s leading companies and our team growing. In this role you would be responsible for the day-to-day IT operations for a key customer as an embedded resource within their organization. This means that you, with the support of your team, will be responsible for resolving any number of IT-related issues that they might have.
