Job description

Lake Life Day Spa is hiring a part time Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in a hands-on, client-facing role that goes beyond typical reception. This position blends warm, attentive customer care with strong administrative skills and tech-savvy problem-solving.

Education Requirements:
  • 1 - 2 Years Customer Service Experience / Admin Skills
  • Administrative Assistant Certificate is an asset, but not required
Responsibilities & Compensation:

Greet guests and ensure a welcoming, organized front desk experience.
Manage bookings, POS transactions, gift cards, and appointment flow through our CRM system.
Handle client emails, scheduling adjustments, and basic reporting.
Troubleshoot issues as they arise and ensure smooth guest and staff communication.
Contribute to light marketing tasks—Google listing updates, Instagram Stories, Canva edits, or in-spa Reels, and newsletters.
Track retail inventory and support with audits and month-end reports.
Keep the day flowing—proactively handling reschedules, client needs, and on-the-fly support for our service team.
Compensation is $19/hr.

What Experience You Need For This Position:
  • 1–2 years of experience in a reception, admin, hospitality, or customer-facing role
  • Confident and capable with computers and digital tools
  • Available to work Saturdays (3 per month)
  • Reliable, positive, and open to feedback and development
