Overview

Our team at MaxSys is currently recruiting for an experienced Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for our client in the Fredericton area. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience.

Responsibilities
  • Processing and collecting freight documents
  • Update tracking reports
  • Answering phone and emails and transferring to necessary personnel
  • Support operations in their daily administrative tasks
  • Responsible for admin tasks- customer service, PO’s, reports, data entry
  • Perform all other duties assigned
Requirements
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Transportation experience considered a strong asset
  • Must be comfortable with inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must have high school diploma
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Must have a clean criminal record
Details
  • Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
  • This is a contract position, covering parental leave until summer
  • $19.00 / h + 4% vacation pay, paid out weekly
